Article 85 - Resignation Deduction Ratios

Article 85 of Saudi Labor Law specifies the following ratios based on years of service:

Resignation Deduction Ratios:
• Less than 2 years: No benefit
• 2 to less than 5 years: One-third (1/3)
• 5 to less than 10 years: Two-thirds (2/3)
• 10 years or more: Full benefit (100%)
